The folks over at Rockstar Games have released this launch trailer for you to drool over while you wait for the game to come out next week. I can’t wait to get into this game. Not only does the single player look amazing but the free roaming multiplayer is where it will be awesome. Take a look at the new trailer after the break.

This game just keeps looking better. Check out the latest video explaining the multiplayer component of the game, which is something of an MMORPG/FPS hybrid. I love the idea of actually forming a “posse” with your friends, and that you don’t have to necessarily fight player characters all the time.

My one spot of worry though is when I heard about the fifty levels and item upgrades. Cool and everything, but the whole FPS RPG thing is starting to wear a little thin on me.

Hey guys, check out the latest of a string of Red Dead Redemption videos showcasing the unscrupulous nature of the cast.

Of course, the game will be host to a number of your crazy and unsavory characters. I personally can’t wait to see how this game turns out, though I’m slightly disappointed that it will only be released for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Check out the video inside.

Another version of the Red Dead Redemption box art has entered the cyberwebz, and apparently we have no idea whether this will be the final version or not. The prospect of having a GTA experience in a wild west environment has had the Pixel Well Team buzzing for months now, and this only stokes the flames.

I don’t know if I care too much about the box art though, I just hope they nail the gameplay. And the main character has a hat most of the time. His hair is pretty gross looking.
